WHAT DO I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH
1.Lose weight – I am currently at 257 lbs and would like to get below 200 lbs.HOW TO GET THERE
3. Exercise – I need to begin an exercise program.

4. 4. To track my progress in limiting my calories to 1,800 a day and to increase exercise this year.
The concepts are easy it is the doing that is tough.
